After sampling lime meringue tarts across the globe, Jessica was convinced she could make a more perfect tasting tart than she'd found anywhere. During a stint at home in Washington state between travels, she combined and tweaked a number of recipes she'd found. With the first bite, she knew she had something special. This was, in no uncertain terms, the best dessert she'd ever had. Others needed to try these! Over the next couple of months, she started selling them to friends and family on Facebook.
